Hi, I am an administrator on the Mafia Wiki. That troll who just spammed numbers on people's walls had been doing that and causing other problems for me as well. So I did a range block on all the IP addresses he might edit from. If this is something you'd like to do here, please let me know, and I'll be glad to tell you how to do it. Thanks.
Here is the official help page for range blocking. I already worked out the specific addresses, so you just need to do the same as what I did on my wiki. You can view the block log here. The range blocks are the entries containing a slash.
I'll try that when I have time, thanks. btw, I'm just want some words, if any of users or anons try to manipulate a character's info on their pages (by changing it a lot, it happened to me before being new admin) and if I try to correct it and they are unnecessarily calling me out for that, should I lock it for just the admins or leave it unlocked?
I'm not exactly sure what you're saying, but you should probably leave it unlocked. In the event of an edit war (i.e., people repeatedly undoing each other's edits), it's best to temporarily lock the page for admins only until things are settled. If you're dealing with repeated vandalism for anonymous users, you can protect the page to block new and unregistered users indefinitely. If it's just one time (like on the Pitch Perfect 2 page) then it's not really necessary.
It's up to you, I went with one year simply because that's what the other admins on my wiki have generally done. For reference, you already blocked 126.96.36.199/24, and you still need to block 188.8.131.52/24, 184.108.40.206/24, and 220.127.116.11/24.
